If you have heard there has been a change to your event, check the event page on our site.
Ticketek only list changes once we have approval from the venue or promoter to do so.
Once an event change or cancellation has been confirmed we will get that information onto our event page as quickly as possible.
Depending on how far out we are from the event, you then may either receive an email or SMS, check your junk mail too and remember to always have your registered email with Ticketek up to date. Details on the event page will then be updated as confirmed.
